In this course, Mathematics Advising for Gender+ Equity, you will be exploring the importance of mathematics advising in an undergraduate context. Academic advising is a space that can open or foreclose opportunities for young people along their educational trajectories. These short interactions can have long-lasting effects on students' course-taking behaviors which make them an important site for intervention.
